Works as expected
They are good products and put out the amount of light I expected. On sale, the price was very good, which I why I leaped. But you always have to look at how long will it take you to recoup the money you spent on the bulb vs the amount of electricity you saved. $20 is a lot of electricity. That is not the product's problem, though. The market has to bring the price down. I like that they will burn for 1000's of hours.

Great light so far
This is the best price I have found on the LED bulbs. This Aluratek bulb works just like it is supposed to work. Time will tell if it last as long as claimed.

Good light for 5 watts
I use these in my basement. I'm constantly in and out of it (computer and bike storage) and don't always remember to turn the lights off. This way, no serious power drain even compared to CFL. I'll buy more.

Excellent
Equivalent to a 30 watt incandescent. It is warm white. And compared to a CFL it turns on instantly.
