Hard to beat the price
I have used a few of the Q-see products and they all work very well. This package is lacking in hard drive size, thus the lower price. Replaced drive with larger due to data required for 16 cameras. I wish the D9 viewer would have worked on it, but the software we downloaded is works. We site is helpful for downloads and information. Brand and price were big factors on this purchase.

Great DVR with Remote Features
The only thing I dont like are the CMOS cameras, very blurry. If you needed to identify someone you didnt know at all, It would be impossible. Adding 4 CCD cameras in key areas. But if its for people you know you can tell who they are with the CMOS. Remote monitoring features are amazing, phone or on the pc. DVR holds plenty of time. I definitely recommend.

great value!!! best of all great tech support, one phone call and this tech (Brendon Welch) got my system up and running in about 5 min. painless and fast what else can i ask for
