computer good, software and documentation bad
The computer itself works as advertized. Was able to display picture via HDMI with no problem. Unfortunately, there is no user manual included, not even a pdf file. Had problems getting to the website to get the meager documentation. There are no recovery disks included. Also the media center that is supposed to get internet tv won't work. After researching on the internet there were 20 different reasons why it won't work and 20 different fixes that also don't work. Typical Microsoft.

Good laptop
Bought this for my folks. Good laptop, very plain looking but has been running solidly so far. They have been happy with it. Best value at the time I bought it.
