FAIL
This is one cheap piece of equipment!! The system is poorly made and has the worst sound of any theater system I've ever owned. I was shocked when I disconnected it and the TV speakers sound was even better. Whats 1000 watts if it's going to sound like hell!

Can't beat it!!!
I purchased for a small small living room (San Fran small apt), not really knowing or caring anything about surround sound. It was relatively easy to connect to all devices, HDTV, Playstation 3, Dish VIP 722rcvr. I say relatively because I had to use a fiber optic(I think...is blue and has a little bulb like light) connection due to only one HDMI port to connect VIP 722K. To my son's surprise he can connect his smartphone to listen to MP3 music. Great also due to range from low to hi volume. Neighbors now knock on door to turn down. whack! But we (my son especially... who knows how loud he takes it when I am not home) are very pleased. Great great price too
