probably works best with smaller screens
dont get me wrong this is not a bad product i was just expecting the arm to have a more fixed support for the monitor i bought. I bought a 27 monitor and fixed it to the mount but it cannot fully extend outward without the screen tilting down. i found that the only fix for this was to fold the arm back so the monitor could rest on the desk mounted pole so it wont tilt down. It would be better if there was a locking mechanism for the swing arm that connects to the monitor so it could alleviate this issue. The arm supports the weight just fine up to 27 but probably works best up to 24
