good cpu
Dual core amd cpu works well on my 3D application, Second Life virtual online world.Speed is excellent for this entry level price. It doesnt run windows right out of the box, it takes an hour of setup to get to the starting gate. When i first install a new program, i get a black screen flash which scares me, shouldnt happen. A trial-then-pay version of MS Office loads into system. I uninstalled it and got the free competitor, open source, Apache Open Office and it is slickern MS Office. i didnt like the way it pushed Norton anti virus at me as if i would blow up in five minutes if i didnt let it install its free trial and then, presumably buy a recurring subscription after six months! i uninstalled it and got AVG anti virus program free off the inet.

No addons
Don't plan to plug much into this CPU. You can't add anything to the interior and very limited peripherals externally. CPU was flaky day one - kept crashing & screen saver kept coming on by itself. I have bought 40-50 CPUs and other items thru my company and never bothered returning anything even though several items were bad.

Fast and Simple.

Not what it is hyped up to be!
My old computer was a 5 year old run of the mill Dell. It outperformed this when streaming videos in every sense of the word. I would never buy this again!!!

The PC made life much faster with the new PC. I did also increase my memory to 8GB and am not disappointed I did. The price was great and great quality.

Good basic computer for my office
I've used my computer for a month now. The set up was easy for the most part. One of the reasons I got Windows 7 Professional was to be able to run my XP programs. It took some searching and asking around to figure out how to get that as it was not enabled. I knew that this computer had 3G of RAM, which isn't enough for a program I use regularly. I figured I would upgrade and to my disappointment I found I could only upgrade to 4G! 4G is the minimum for my program so I have hope it will do the job I need. Overall, it's been giving me great service. The tech guy who upgraded my RAM commented that it was a good computer for a great price.
