Often Out of Stock for a Reason
And the reason is nothing in or near the price can touch it! Seriously? 4.2 ghz is awesome! The GPU becomes the choke point with this processor. Windows thing says 7.3...whatever that means. My FX-8350 says 7.8 but it has twice the cores and 1.5 times the price. You won't be disappointed.

Great product would recommend to others
I would definitely recommend this cpu to others... be mindful tho that if you are gaming with it i would also recommend liquid cooling. I am running a low grade liquid cooling system and after a couple hours of gaming the outer cores still run cool but the inner cores get pretty warm. All around a great cpu for anyone!!!

New build to last a while
When I build a PC, I tend to over build for the need in order to get a longer life expectancy. The last one that I built for myself lasted 9 years before the motherboard gave out. But that AMD dual core went into a different motherboard to resurrect my wife's PC in the kitchen. If I get another new build to last 9 years this AMD processor will cost $13.49 per year!

A Great Processor for the money!
Used this to replace my Phenom X4 9600. This processor runs great--using OC Genie to overclock and all 4 cores are running at 4725 with the stock fan! The old Phenom used to average 42-55 deg C. This thing runs between 33 and 42 no matter what I am doing. One time it hit 55. And did I mention that it is FAST? Been running now with an MSI 970a-G46 for about 3 months and NO problems. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a FAST, economical processor.
