Good deal
Bought refurbished for my aunt and seems to be working fine. It is her first computer, so it didn't need to be extensive, but I still wanted a quality product. Gave a four for quality because it came with a dent in one of the speaker covers.

But yesterday, computer would not boot - message indicated that internal drive had to be reseated - I am in process of exchanging unit.

Good computer shipped with poor battery
The computer itself is great, but the battery is so-so. I immediately got a notice that my battery needed to be replaced. Considering what I paid for the unit, I can't complain though.
