Computer Flaky
The system periodically reboots on it's own. While browsing, or editing a file, the system will just shutdown and reboot.

Price and Performance
Unless you're a hard-core gamer the laptop is going to serve just about every purpose you need it for. It's chunky, a little heavy, and the screen is susceptible to glare, but it performs like a dream. Zero complaints.

I am satisfied with this purchase.
I have bot other refurbished products in the past & I thought I'd be okay buying this. It's got all the features that I wanted with the processor speed, Ram, windows 7, and hard drive. The laptop seems like new and has so far been operating just fine.

Issues with USB bus
I've had several Dells and this one looked great. There were multiple problems with shipping and after numerous calls it arrived over a week late. I needed it for a conference and unfortunately, something was corrupted in the USB bus. Several times the laptop locked up and froze with a remote mouse connected. Sadly, had to return.

One month. Works fine so far.
Everything works fine after one month. I am happy with this item. I was a little concerned about the refurbished condition, but not a problem.

All good except...
mine only came with an 80GB hard drive. They don't even offer 80GB so the mistake was at the refurbish-er. Customer service made good on the exchange without a hitch.

Great product for those who can't spend big $$$
I really liked that I could get a laptop with Win 7 Pro 64bit for this price. Nice laptop with a big screen, good sized KB, not too heavy, and does what I ask it to do. I'd recommend this laptop to others.
