Absolutely useless
Have tried this on a Windows XP and Windows Ultimate and can't get either system to recognize that a device has even been plugged in. Tried with two different PS2 mice. PS2 mice work fine when plugged into a docking station directly without the USB adapter.

Haven't gotten it to work
