Good value basic TV

It works after 2 weeks out of the box. The color is autoset in eco mode which is dull. We set it to vibrant and no more complaint from the grand ma. It is a LED back lit monitor. Tigerdirect shipped fast.

Great TV, Great Deal

You aren't going to find an LED this size cheaper, after the rebate is factored in. I had no experience with TCL, but I am very impressed with this product. Sound and picture quality are both very good.

Great Bedroom TV

This is a great TV for the bedroom. With the QAM tuner no cable box is needed. With the $70 rebate best value for the money.

Great quality at price point

Seeing some other reviews made me glad that I wall mounted this unit. Overall, the picture is awesome as long as it is connected to a high definition source. This was put into a bedroom, so sound hasn't been an issue. The controls may be simplified, but I do not need an excessive amount of things to possibly throw my viewing experience out of whack. For the price of this I expected less, and ended up with a very nice surprise.

A good TV, an even better value

Have had the unit for a month. I am very pleased by the bright screen and vivid colors. This model uses the latest led direct back-lighting, rather than edge-lit led screens, thus the brightness. Like other posters, I noted fewer input and outputs and the sound is just OK, but good enough and expected at this price. Also, mounting the base to the tv was testy, as other mentioned. My purchase included a rebate and it worked smoothly, coming 2 wks after sending it in.

What you get after turn it on? You get half the screen and Few vertical lines. Remote buttons are sticks Finish quality is the worst I've seen

Excellent quality Flatscreen

This flatscreen is a great buy for the price, it's hard to find this quality in an LED for under $500. I'm surprised the top reviews on here haven't had this problem, or if so didn't mention it, but the screws supplied with the Flatscreen to mount it to its' base are NEAR impossible to screw in. I only managed to get 3 of the 4 screws in. Even then, the third screw didn't manage to get in all the way before being stripped. If possible, and you aren't impatient, I suggest going down to the hardware store and finding better quality screws to mount your Flatscreen. My television is a tiny bit wobbly due to the terrible screws, but I don't have to worry about something shaking or bumping into the television to worry about it.

Excellent TV for the money

Very pleased with this television. Quick setup and fantastic picture via HDMI. I bought a set of computer speakers with a subwoofer and plugged them into the head phone jack and now have great sound too.

So far it is a good TV

We have a very limited space for a TV in our built-in cabinet. This was the largest screen size I could find that had outside measurements capable of fitting. When I took it out of the box I was worried because it is so lightI wondered how good it could be. After hooking it up, however, it has a better picture than our plasma or LCD TVs. It also uses much less electricity than the other TVs (according to the sticker). So far we are very satisfied.
