Works well - good basic presentation pointer

The pointer worked well - it was used intensely for an eight month project. Works well with presentations, but cannot be used when switching to active screen. Batteries need to be replaced often. Also, beware of possible repetitive motion injuries from frequent use.

I Got a Bad Product And a Bad solution

This would have been a very good deal for me if it had worked, but the presenter would not work at all. I have bought Kensington products before and was always pleased, but nothing at all worked on this item even with two sets of new batteries. Don't bother to try to call on the phone on chat online. I waited for an hour and a half on the phone hearing them proudly advertise their printer ink and that the next available representative will take my call. That is, of course, after I had tried to set up an online chat three times, but was told they were too busy and sent me to the phone. I finally used the online instructions for return. They authorized the return, but they did not refund the tax and shipping charges or the shipping I paid to return it, even though it was all because the product they sold me was flawed. Hard to recommend that kind of treatment.

The laser works as advertised, but is a very small light point, so somewhat difficult to see in a regular lighted room. Slide advancement is easy, but some presentation transitions do not work as expected with the remote advancement buttons.

Presenter works great. Good Design. Laser pointer is high quality. Has spot to keep the wireless USB transmitter that plugs into your computer.

Works Well

Performs well, at a good price. Replaced our old one (different model) which had its buttons wearing out. Buttons are nicely spaced out so that you won't accidentally hit the wrong button, which was a problem with some remotes we've used.
