DOA
Got this board as part of a bundle. Errors out of the box. Thought it was my setup, so I tested all the parts in other computers. Everything else worked but the board. Returned and installed the computer on a new (different brand) board and everything worked without a hitch.

Good clean performing bundle
Packaged good on arrival, installed easily, I also installed an Intel solid state drive and Windows 8 to go along with this bundle, and the system has great performance thus far.

Dead out of the box
This motherboard came as part of a package. I cannot tell if is good or bad because it would not boot. I found that the CPU socket pins were twisted and as a result the CPU may also be fried. Of course this happened over a weekend so I have to wait until Monday to contact anyone. Also, the UBS socket on the board is smaller than the one on the cable that goes with the case.

video error
I plugged in my monitor and nothing was showing up on the screen. To ensure that the monitor wasn't faulty I hooked it up to my laptop and received an image. Next, I installed the on board speaker and restarted the computer and got 1 long beep and 2 short beeps meaning there's a 'video error'. Extremely disappointing.

great motherboard
i have had this motherboard for over a year now and using it as a gaming rig everything works perfect i have no complaints about this one also love the ez mode in the bios makes things simple to make your pc go from power save to performance with a simple click

Good Motherboard
I installed this motherboard with ease in my wife's computer thanks to the excellent documentation. It's been years since I installed a motherboard and was surprised to find they no longer support IDE components. I installed a new SATA DVD and now my wife's old computer now runs great.

Part of a package deal Best Buy Ever!
Not sure what the comment about this being for office work is all about. I bought this as part of motherboard CPU combo for a light gaming rig. Works GREAT! Playing SWTOR at very nice frame rates. Is it top of the line no. But it can definitely be used for more than word processing and internet surfing. I would recommend to anyone that asks.

get what you pay for
its an asus, thats about all it has going for itself. basic basic no usb3 no sata6 low end everything office board for basic word processing and internet browsing.
