Extremely Noisy Fans
I cannot get the product to stop making a very distracting fan noise. It appears to be poor quality control.

Works as Advertise
I ordered and received two of these cooling pads. I don't understand all the negative ratings. Mine units worked and still works. I use it as a cooling pad for my TW cable box. It stays on continuously. I took away one star for the LEDs...extremely bright. Much so that they light up the room at night. I placed a piece of tape over them to cut down the brilliance. The unit is especially quiet. You can barely hear it running. Worth the money.

Don't waste your money
Similar to another reviewer, this thing has bad wiring and is cheaply made. Mine started off with a poor power connection, now it won't turn on at all. I've actually used it a whopping five times and now it's going into the dumpster.

Faulty wiring and broken plastic
I found it had its wires barely attached, only one fan worked. And when place under my notebook (under 2lbs) it stopped working because of the fan being squished down by the broken plastic

laptop cooler
cooler works well,couldn't ask for a better price. when i recieved mine one had a cracked case,nothing a little crazy glue couldn't fix.

Great cooler
I didn't buy this for a laptop, but for my cable supplied DVR. Several times I lost the picture on the TV. Could not find the cause. Then I felt the DVR and it was very hot. I thought maybe a laptop cooler would solve the probem. I got the cooler 2 days later. I plugged it in the usb port, turned it over and placed it on the DVR. No more heat build-up. Works great this way. Great buy!

Great cooler
I have had three different laptop coolers and this is my choice. It is quiet, keeps my ASUS 1015 PX cool and very comfortable on my lap. Quality is far above what I expected and it fits great in my travel bag.

Laptop Cooling Pad
Just what was needed to keep my laptops from overheating. Had to replace one from a different manufacturer that had simply refused to work. The two I bought were necessary and are a godsend to me.
