Excellent Price AND Value

I did not expect much, given the price but this extender actually outperformed a Netgear extender I previously purchased. The Netgear extender cost 3 times as much! The setup was easy and fast and the repeater provided a solid, reliable connection to my Belkin router. I had begun to believe that I had to buy the most expensive home networking products to get quality but this Sabrent product has proven that theory wrong. I had never heard of Sabrent. Now, I plan to buy their other products.

Did what I needed it to do

As the wi-fi was set up in a back house this perfectly repeated the signal to the house, which ios exactly what I needed it to do. Set up was extremely simple, just followed the instructions and everything went smoothly. I had it set up within five minutes. And for the price this was a great buy.

You get what you pay for

Reasonably easy to set up.. Range was a bit disappointing.

One problem

Very easy to install and to configure;very strong signal, but for unknown reason the speed when connected to repeater 6-7 times lower than when connected to the original network.

Working good.

Wasn't that easy to install, but finally got it configured through it's loop-back. Now it's working fine and giving me a good range even in basement.

Good price But don't work

This product has good pricing but it not easy to get it to work, very hard to setr up after trying over couple hours I gave it and return it.

Simply Did Not Work...Long

Reviews seemed to indicate this was a great product, especially for the price, so I ordered it. Set up was pseudo-easy, although the instructions were a bit unclear. Once I did get it set up, the unit came right up! The down side...it only lasted about 30 seconds. I spent 2+ hours trying to get it working again. Even feedback from Sabrent tech support was of no use. I've returned the unit and will find something else.

Works great!

Like the other people said, was a little tricky to set it up and instruction is not that clear, but with trying it couple of times, I got it running and is working just fine. Sometimes the bar goes to 2 but most of the time stays on 4 and 5. I'm happy with it.

Did not extend range

Had great difficulty setting up the device and could only do so wirelessly. However, the device did not extend range as advertized. I coud get only a few feet more range with the extender than without the extender. Additionally, the connection was extremely slow. I returned the item and received a refund.

Fixed all my problems

I was getting one bar in my upstairs bedroom and this fixed it all. I consider myself to be an above average computer guy but this was not easy to get up and running with windows 7. Instructions suck and they recomend setup while connected to the unit via cat5. I did it via wireless and found it to be much better, maybe it was my computer, who knows. After it was up and running I had netflix streaming in the upstairs room. Awesome for the money. Cant beat it!
