Beware
Nowhere in any of the instructions or literature did it say this product would totally disable Carbonite. I had to find out on my own after I tried to add a file to my Carbonite backup. I don't know how many other applications it disables. I uninstalled Titanium. Very frustrating. Stay away.

Trendo Micro Software
I like the product very much. Unfortunately I had to uninstall Avast Software which I also like very much. I tried installing it over Trend Micro & then my computer became unstable. I had to uninstall Avast.

False positives
The AV software finds a false positive when trying to perform an update to magicJack which is installed in a a hidden AppData profile directory unlike most that are installed in Program Files or Program Files (x86) directory. The AppData profile directory must be added the the exception list in protection settings. Tech Support is outsourced to the Philippine so good luck with that.

I have installed it in one cumputer and it seems to be working just fine. It only has the virus protection but that is what I purchased.

Great Product - Perfect Price
I was excited about the chance to buy the security suite. The $20 rebate offer made it even better. I happen to have a MAC and several PCs so the broad licensing works perfect for my situation. I could even use the software on my mobile devices! I am very pleased with this purchase and plan to renew the product in 2013.

free viris protection
put this on my desktop and laptop and they are both running slooooow. contacted them and had to take other viris protection off. still runs slooow am going to take off both computers. but now have no protection.

Worked with Windows 8 (sort of)
Installed on Windows 8 Release Preview with Media Center and it first recognized that it was incompatible. Then it directed me to the Trend Micro website and allowed me to download the 2013 version for free. With the rebate the 2012 version was free. How can I complain?
