Great product

I didn't expect to much from this unit it was low priced for temporary use till I could afford a better wireless router, but to my Surprise this router was killer it supplied strong signal all over my house and back yard this is much better than the high priced units I have had in the past, also set up was so easy that even a cave man could do it

I looked at a lot of routers and was hesitant to buy this one because it was so much cheaper than so many others. But it's works great- a terrific deal.

I didn't know what to expect when I caught this on sale for $10, but wow what a deal! It works great and has been for over a year now.

Good... For a while

I purchased this router back in September 2012 and it worked wonderfully. Never had any issues with it. Until now. 7 months later, it refuses to work at all. The broadcast is still fine, but regardless of if you're hard-wired or using wireless, there's no internet connection. No issues with cables, as bypassing the router works. For the price I paid, I guess I can't complain.

I bought it as a small upgrade for the price. I had multiple tool running through the old router at the same time but it was slow. This one has the same amount but it has kept up the speed.

Works great!

I was quite surprised to see what a brand new router from Linksys went for, so I was skeptical when I ordered this one. I did need help from Linksys to set it up, but the techie who helped me was incredibly patient and very nice! She stayed with me on the phone until everything was working smoothly. I refuse to give a bad rating because of my lack of experience with routers. I would definitely buy from here again; the Linksys name as well has proven itself reliable. All this at a great price and it's refurbished! I am very pleased.

Your description needs more detail!!!

This product would have been perfect 10 years ago... maybe even 5 years ago. However, this product is only rated for THREE DEVICES. Only THREE devices??? Why isn't this in the description of the product, when it is clearly right there on the FRONT of the box??? I will definitely do more research on the product web site before making another purchase here

No luck with Refurbished

This is my second refurbished Cisco router in a month. They look fine, but neither of them worked when hooked up. I have been using a Lynksis refurbished router now for about 6 years. Did not have the same service out of these. Will just pay the extra and buy new. (Already spent the difference in shipping & returning).

Consider your Waranty Period

This is my second Linksys router the first one lasted just over 30 days and I lost out on that one. This one has features I wanted so here I go with a gamble. Put the unit to the test and if dosnt perform as needed return it right away. Consider cost vs loss when buying. It may cost more initially but a 3 yr waranty is worth its weight in gold. Also consider why there are so many recertified ones for sale. Maybe the model was a lemon. Or had issues from poor manufacturing. I dont think they do anything but test them. If they work they get resold if not probably recycled. Its a gamble, good luck!
