Good product
Good quality. Clear sound. fits well with no slippage. Very comfortable. However, connection to phone is sporatic. Voice command 'answer' does not always work.

Never Buying Plantronics for iphone again
Disconnects randomly then Keeps saying the bluetooth is connected in bluetooth menu and through the ear piece but does not show up on on call menu and doesn't work. I waste more time rebooting the iphone and screwing with the pairing than I do talking.
