Sorry Not Great
I hate to spoil your party, but this unit has not met with my expectations, three times. 1. Unit got fried by Lightning. 2. Unit smelled bad. Returned it as it made me ill. Marketing says they use a preservative to store components during manufacture and shipping. 3. Unit 3 Bad fan. 4. If Unit 4 is bad I am returning that and asking for a refund. They are helpful, but THIS PRODUCT IS NOT the Best for what you pay.

Solid Value
I really like the real-time voltage display. You begin to appreciate how often this unit is working to provide stable power to your sensitive electronics. No fuss, no muss operation. Solid build construction. Bought a 2nd unit and would have no hesitation buying another one if needed.

Right product - Right Price
Hits the sweet spot for price and performance. My 5 yr old APC unit went BLAM; replaced it with Tripp Lite. Unit provides UPS for almost 15 TB of NAS on my network. Held up like a trooper during several power sags and outages.

Solid
I have had this unit for 2 months. No problems, easy to set up. I live in the 'sticks' and power surges and brief outages are frequent. I have been an APC user for years, but hate the beeping. Haven't heard this one beep yet, and there has been outages. It just quietly does it's job an minds its own business. Like the software features. So far has been doing it's job. I like the digital read-out too. Was surprised to see how much power really changes.

tripplite power supply
I was disappointed wth this product. When I connect my desktop computer and 30' monitor it cannot handle the load. I expected more since I had no problems doing this with my apc equipment

Great UPS plenty or reserve power
can't be beat for the price . run my 42 TV and media comp . TV used to turn off 20 times a day sometimes due to brownouts , no more , the UPS ups the voltage , positive this will extend the life of TV and media comp .Good insurance for your components if you live in an area with lots of power fluctuations .
