Solid base for a graphic designer
I have been pretty impressed with this machine and it was a good buy. I had to swap out the video card when I went to dual monitors because the original wasn't setup for it. At the same time, I had to upgrade the power supply because the original 280w wasn't anywhere close to the 400w min. needed for the new video card. Recently I've thrown in another 4GB of RAM, not because it needed it (it's always been quick), but because the computer can handle 16 so I figured I might as well max it out.

An excellent foundation for a powerful gaming PC
I bought this looking for a nice base desktop that I could upgrade later as I went. I'm very happy with the result. For serious gaming you'll want to replace the graphics card and PSU with something more robust. I did, and now this PC demolishes pretty much anything I throw at it.

Good Choice
I purchased my first computer in 1978 and have purchased more than 10 over the past 34 years. I researched this purchase for over a year. I am very pleased with Lenovo. It is extremely fast. It's high memory as standard is very good. It's price is excellent. I am very pleased. I would recommend it to everyone.

Purchased for Digital Musician
I purchased this desktop to support my son's digital music creation. This model offered the best performance to dollars spent in my personal opinion. This machine reboots faster than my Mac Air, and that is saying something with the Windows 7 operating system. For digital music this desktop has been exceptional with 7 USB slots allowing connection of 5 midi controllers, no need to swap connections like on a laptop or need for a USB hub. Great machine, quiet, cool and so far dependable.

Get it!
If you can pick this up for $800 or less its a great deal! All you will need to do is swap the graphics card out for a newer model and you have a great gaming PC. The case is a little bland and I would prefer to have more top mounted USB ports. in addition to replacing the graphics card I might also change out the side fan. The Fan is not defective and works fine. But there are bigger and quieter ones on the market.
