Used as a monitor - works great!
My Dad has macular degeneration and we have been using technology over the last year to keep him able to use the computer, read, etc. This was an exceptional buy and has a beautiful picture! he likes the fact that the sound is on a remote so he doesn't have to remember how to do change it on the computer as well. VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

On the fence to send back?
Bought for bedrm.Hooked up after Xmas. Connected to rf signal. Black color is very cloudy.Sort of white. Bothers me when dark pictures come on. Expected better contrast being 20000:1. Dont know if its a defect or not. Old tube TV looked better May send back?

Excellent Buy
I have purchased several refurbished items from these guys and they all have been great buys. The TV was in excellent shape, arrived very fast. I do not have cable TV and the TV works exceptionally well for over the air programing. One thing I look for in low priced TVs is the sound system. The speakers on this TV are great and I had no problem setting it up.
