Don't buy if you have Comcast
Even though Netgear and Comcast says it is supported, Comcast now says it isn't supported. Comcast says there is a technical problem with it.

Streaming Movies - No Problem
I now have full strength on wireless connection on our TV and can stream movies without any problems. I have gotten DNS errors and I have to cycle the modem to get it to work.

Docsis3 incompatible with my cable
Tried this on my slow cable setup and it will not work with it. Backward compatiblity will not work as our provider states it costs too much to upgrade their system.

Good Modem
Ive had this modem for about 1 month, seems to work just fine. Got this to replace ISPs rental. Sidenote - Internet keeps cutting out but reset on the router brings it back, may be an issue with the router. didn't happen till I got this modem though. Router is also netgear.

Great product!
A great investment for people who are sick of paying the cable company a monthly rental fee. It works great with my Charter high speed internet plan. Wish I would've bought this sooner.

STOP LEASING MODEM NOW!!!
I've been leasing my modem for a year and i did not want to pay 9.99 every month anymore. Docsis 3.0 makes a huge difference over docsis 2.0 speedwise. It's been almost a month now and did not give any problems so far. I hooked with another netgear router and was good to go in 5 mins. I'm not paying 9.99 lease fees no more. I would recommend everyone this product.

Great Product
Replaced a Motorola SB6120 that died 30 days out of warranty and so far this unit unit is dynamite! Hooked it up (incredibly easy)to my D-Link DIR 825 Wireless N Router and I'm off to the races. If I can hook it up anyone can. Very pleased at this juncture, if something changes, I'll update. Great unit, great price and fast FREE shipping!
