Worked great just shy of a month then died
I was quite impressed with this Adapter which I used to get photos off of my cell phone. Worked great. I left it plugged into the USB port so it was there ready to use. The bluetooth icon disappeared from the taskbar one day and the Adapter doesn't work anymore.

IT WORKED ADEQUATELY
ONCE DRIVERS WERE UPDATED ALL HAS BEEN FINE. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE ADVERTISED DISTANCE RATING BUT SERVES THE PURPOSES IT WAS BOUGHT FOR.

Didn't work to good on Win 8.
Had to download driver from manufacturer (Broadcom). Put it on two laptops and one worked for a couple days. Only used it for headset VoIP. Don't know if it works for other devices. I'm throwing it out.

plug n play
plugged it in....usb device found. no need to install software. turn on bluetooth keyboard. done!

Not a good solution
I have yet to get this adapter to work on my Windows 7 computer. All driver details indicates it is working properly However none of my bluetooth units pair to computer. Not to happy.

It works
Downloaded the latest software as I don't have DVD. It installed but no wizard ever showed up as shown in the instructions so it took a while to get it running. Eventually I had to take it out and put it back in the USB port to get it working. Once working I have no problem transferring pics from my phone.

Very happy with it.
I use it for the mouse and transferring files from one computer to another. Sometimes it disconnects when I start up my computer so I have to unplug it and plug it back again.

Works Well No Issues
Ever since I bought my new PC with Windows7 64 Bit I have had bluetooth problems with my 2 headphones. Plugged this in then downloaded automatically and headphones both connect easy with no issues.

Haven't use the features yet
I bought this thinking it would work with my hearing aid bluetooth adapter. But as it turns out the blue tooth adapter won't work with this adapter as far as I know at this time. But I like blue tooth and look forward to using its features.
