Great Cameras for a Great Price
Seems like most are unhappy with the picture quality, but it is better than average. It takes a bit of time to adjust the cameras contrast, brightness, etc. but once you get it just right, it is awesome. Clear,it is definitely visable what the person's face looks like, and hardly any lag on the cameras. As with any infrared cameras, the more outside light available, spot light, porch light etc. the further the distance and clearity. Excellent cameras, glad I bought them.

Easy to set up, color doesn't work
Had system up and running in very little time, interface works well. My only problem is that the color doesn't work during daylight hours. Night vision is good.

Decent Unit- Refurb
Product works as advertised, software fairly easy to use, camera image quality is ok, pretty difficult to get remote internet viewing set up and working...lots of configuration details to deal with. I am looking at adding some additional, better cameras to augment the ones supplied. I would buy again.

Good Cameras
I have had these cameras over a month now. They came packed real nice and neat. The picture quality is good. Set up was easy. I can view the cameras from my computer with the software that came with the cameras but still have not been able to set it up to where I can view away from home. Overall I havent had any problems with the cameras. They are worth the money.

nice
The cameras are very good for the price, good quality, and can see well. Have not hooked up to internet as yet, seems to be by the directions, difficult, but will see. Had 4 other cameras with another system that I thought would use with this, but they are S-video hook up, so will buy 4 more cameras to get full use of system.

This product is great
well packaged when received Installation was easy At first everything was showing black and white even the main menu. I called customer service at 11 pm they work 24 the rep explain to me to download firmware and upgrade it the instruction was in the downloaded file. everything works in color of course the night vision is black and white. IR cannot be color i think this camera works better than old samsung surveillance camera I used
