BEST keyboard ever!
I love, love, love this keyboard! I keep checking back here because when they come back in stock, I order at least 2 of them. I work from home and do a LOT of typing. I go thru about 1 keyboard a year (sometimes 2) and this is the only keyboard I will use. Unfortunately, they are marked as unavailable right now and I'm on my last keyboard. I will keep checking back and see if they stock them again. I've never found another keyboard that even comes close to this.
Please - get more of these keyboards!!!!
Thanks to the writer who led me to the correct driver, this keyboard works like magic! The best value of the year -- I see it is no longer available - and similar HP keyboards are now priced at $150 ! I wish I had bought 2 at the time. Works brilliantly with WindowsXP Home - provided the driver has been downloaded. Light touch, for the touch typist it is a dream. If you have to look at the keys, though, you will have a problem as the letters are black on grey, so not easily visible. I cannot fault this product. The mouse works like a dream. The extra USB ports are a bonus.
Keyboard arrive with several keys half way down. Had to tinker with them for a while to get them all up where they belong. You get what you pay for. I would avise you to pay a little more.
For $10 it is perfect. I got 2 and they work well under Windows, Linux, or Mac. I only got the Multimedia functions in Windows though. The USB Hubs work well and come in handy.
I bought this primarily because of the HP name and the good reviews. Unfortunately, this keyboard, while designed well, is a piece of junk as indicated in another review. Even downloaded the drivers. They, too, did not work.
