now for those of you that gave it a one: your crazy and those of you that think its perfect you still sane now my first build was a emachines stock tower that i brought on black friday so it was basically all of emachines scrapes put into in a tower i added this card and let me say it ran battlefield 2142 but it ran slow then i upgraded from 512 mb ram to 1.5 gb ram and this card was awsome i can run bf2142 at full specs on 1024x768 and 2x AA good card but people need to understand it and understand that u need atleast 1 gig of ram to get all you can out of this card and also people need to realize ati is a home entertainment brand and nvidia is the gaming powerhouse however this card is noisy and i wouldnt really reccemend it to anyone nowadays if i wrote this when i brougtht it (when this was THE BEST 94.99 can get you) i would reccemend it without a doubt but now i would reccemend a x1650 or a 8800 if your a real hardcore gamer and get a

This card sucks, don't even think about getting it. I had it for two weeks and my computer started acting weird - random reboots, no signal, ''white'' screen. Switched to Nvidia 7600 and no problem.

I used this card for a year and it was a vast improvement over an ATI Radeon 9200.I liked the card, but was somewhat disappointed. Don't be fooled, this card is really coupled with a cut down 700SE chip not the the regular 700, 700Pro or 700xt. These other three chips blow the SE chip away. Forget the the 512mb Ram gimmick, doesn't help this card too much. My advise, for another $20.00 or so, get the nVidia 7600GT 256 Ram by EVGA. The other three 700 chips can be hard to find and the 700XT is near impossible anymore. The 7600GT runs Far Cry 1024x768 High everything as opposed to 700se 800x600 High everything. The 700se is a stable performer when set up properly, but pulled 350 points to the 7600GT 975 points in one of my graphic card performance testers. Good Luck with either card you choose.

This is a awesome card. I have had no problems with it, except when I went to plug it into my tv. But that wont affect many people I dont think. But this is a great card in my opinion.
