Very good GPS
Works great! Had no problem registering it with Garmin and the maps were updated at the same time. This is my third Garmin, gave older ones to my son and granddaughter. It won't be my last. Nothing but the best for me!

Unable to register this product
The GPS worked OK. Often times the car was past the street before the gps recognized the side street. POI's left a bit to be desired. Unit seemed to work OK otherwise. My main complaint: I worked with the support staff over the phone for 2hrs trying to register this device less success. Plugins, USB drivers all downloaded OK; the computer recognized the device, but the communication plugin would not communicate with the GPS device. The support Tech said a possible fire wall problem- I don't think so as I had a NUVI model 1300 registered and downloading just fine on this same computer. Suspected a bad GPS unit; returned it and purchased the same model from a different store- same exact problem! Returned the 2nd unit, purchased a TOM TOM, model 1605TM. I was connected, registered, updates downloaded within 15 minutes! Garmin just lost a customer. I spent a total of 10 hours trying to get tha Garmin to register- way too much time to no avail.
