Sabrent HDMI to Component DOES NOT WORK on AppleTV
I tried to use the Sabrent device on three different TVs with AppleTV 3. Would not work on any of them. So I bought a ViewHD Two Input HDMI to RGB Component YPbPr and it worked perfectly first time. I've been using it for a month without a problem.

workded well
I used this to interface an HDMI output of a PC running Windows Media Center to a older projection TV. The unit is well built and I have had no issues. The computer automatically recognizes the display type. I frankly don't understand other reviewers poor remarks. Perhaps they had unreasonable expectations.

Does Not Work!
I should have heeded the warnings in the other reviews--does not work for Apple TV either. Save your money given the hassle in returning.

Does not work with Playstation 3
With the most current Sony updates for the Playstation 3, they have encoded the video output so you cannot use it with any video converter. You have to use HDMI.

Apple TV3
I bought this product for my new apple TV and it did not work. The tech support indicated that they tested this product with apple TV 2 and it worked but did not test it with version 3.

No good
I bought this to work with my Wii. I did not. I verified that the box did work with my satellite receiver, however that was not the intention of buying it.

Does not work with Intel powered laptops
Don't buy this if you are trying to connect a laptop computer (with an Intel processor) to any display. There should be more information here on the site and on the packaging. The product claims to work for almost any HDMI device, but says nothing of this incompatibility.
