Not Worth The Aggrevation

Voice clarity is fine usually. Some calls tend to drift in and out, one word replies such as ok yes nope maybe you get the idea, well these words you will never hear. someone may call me several times during the day but I have no idea they did as my phone never rang on my end. I'm DONE with Magic, OOMA hear I come :)

Works Great

I decided to make the move away from cable. Upon reading the reviews of the Magic Jack Plus, and the fact that you don't need to use your computer with this model, I purchased it. It was so easy to install and use. The only thing I don't care for is that you have to dial the area code even for local calling. It's really no big deal; I just had to reprogram all my stored numbers.

This is the second Magicjack I have bought and I have not had any problems.

Does not call all number without a extra charge

Works well for regular calls but do not try to call any chat line or anywhere you are routed through another computer system. You will not get trough and get a message telling you to purchse premium minutes from magicjack And Canadian numbers are $10 extra per year

Cutest little piece of junk I blew 70 bucks on.

A total waste of money does not work but has a cute little blue light. I have had this nearly useless thing over six months and rearly been able to complete a phone call. Also some area codes in the lower 48 states are blocked but for extra fees they might be accessible. It is kind of useful for getting rid of callers and friends because it hangs up on everyone.

It took only 2 minutes to hook the Magic Jack up the the telephone line and router. I can up nearly instantly on my pc. I downloaded the control program in a snap and it was set up. Very easy and so far works well both for local calls and long distance..

great for travel use

We plugged this little gem into our hotel network, and we were able to call the US as if we were in the country.

Great Economical Product

Love this. Yes sometimes calls get dropped, sometimes the sound quality isn't that great. BUT you know what? I have all of the features and unlimited long distance to Canada and the USA for less then $100 for 5 years. LOL that sounds so like an exaggeration . . . I think I should go check. Okay I have had my Magic Jack Plus for about six months, so cost may have increased. I have the regular MagicJack as well and it is nice to carry with you. A little more portable.

Great deal for the price

I have been a magicjack plus customer for a couple of months now and I have been extremely satisfied overall. The setup was painless, and I haven't had any problems regarding call quality or anything else for that matter. My internet speed is top-notch, so that might have something to do with it. If you are thinking about buying one, pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed, it's a great product.
