It works and looks good.
I bought it to charge my non-iphone since it came together with both an iphone cable and a generic cable. It works. I have not tried it on iphone. It is well made but just a charging dock and does not serve as a speaker.

Very interesting device
Great packaging. This device consists of 3 parts. The dock and 2 wires. One wire is a 30 pin cable. The other is a micro USB cable. You can use the cable separate from the dock. When using the dock, you need to remove the adapter on the dock, thread the cable through the adapter, place the adapter back on the dock. The dock has a rotary drum to install the adapter. The rotary drum can be adjusted 5 to 10 degrees. It allows the connector to tilt slightly forward or back when your smart phone is rested on the dock. The cable allows you to charge using wall or vehicle adapter or connect it to a computer to charge or sync your smart phone. The cable works fine with OEM wall adapter. It can be connected to the computer as well. The construction is almost identical to OEM cable. The dock is one piece aluminum coated with rubber around the edges to protect the dock from scratching other objects. Overall, it's nice little gadget.
