Followed the directions to setup, install and use and encountered the following problems.
1) Plugged the USB into 4-port USB hub, didn't work. Rebooted, still didn't work.
2) Plugged the USB into the computer, didn't work - even though the computer found new hardware. Had to reboot (not in the instructions) to get them to work.
3) Plug from left speaker to right is not tight - move the right speaker and the plug disengages enough that the left speaker doesn't work.
4) Buttons are near impossible to use. They only depress with great effort on my part - my wife couldn't do it.
5) Sound is good - at best!
I wanted to send them back, but my wife said we might get something worse - so we kept them. |

Superb sound for presentations, excellent controls, solid travel case... and by a solid name already known for the best headsets. Highly recommended for workshops and for filling a reasonable sized room with rich, non-tinny sound. |

These are some great speakers for the price you pay. They have good mid and sub level sound. They also only need a USB port to operate. Great travel case for transporting them. Overall money well spent! |
