Great...When Works!
Bought two of these too improve old laptop. One worked great the other was bunk. Had to send back, replaced and now both work fine. So don't be surprised if you end up doing a return. Looks like I'm not the only one. Still it made this old laptop almost new again!

Fuzzy Workings
I put this memory in my Dell Model PP04L Inspiron 2650 and it did not work. The 256MB of DDR memory continues to work but not the PNY 1GB of DDR memory. I also have a Sony Model PCG-FX210(UC) with only 256MB of memory I am trying to find more memory too. Maybe the 1GB of PNY might work.
