Could do better on the price!
Product works well. Cannot spread data accross internal and external memory. Needs to have rechargeable battery.

Should do more for the price.
It has limited features for the money, I was disappointed. The picture quality is good and I am able to use it, but it is not as useful as I had hoped.

Specs shown are incorrect!
This frame does NOT play any video formats indicated in the specs listed - plays JPEG and BMP still photos only! Also, has no ''random'' or ''shuffle'' playback capability - What picture frame doesn't allow shuffle play? Product specs listed are incorrect and capabilities are extremely minimal. Has attractive wood frame and 4 different matte colors, but was very disappointed that it does not do what the specifications indicate.

Exceptional Product, Poor Packaging for Shipping
This one of the best values for a high quality digital picture frame. Great resolution, nice features. Purchased 4 for gifts to family. They came is a shipping box without much packaging and thye top frame face up and shattered. Good response from customer service but didn't make the family reunion on time.
