looks & works like new, arrived early

I was replacing a Harmony 700 that died of button fatigue. The refurbished replacement looked brand new, accepted the update ok and works just fine. Got it ahead of schedule. Nice job - thanks very much.

Great remote

This remote works beautifully. Replacing 5 remotes with this makes watching TV or movies so simple, my mother can do it! :)

same as other complaints

everything works fine but the in-unit charger. trying to discuss the matter with poor English-speaking service rep, I decided that it was easier to simply use another charger and not go through the hassle of returning. Other than the charging problem, it works like a charm.

Did'nt Work

Worked fine until I tried to recharge it. Doesn't recognize batteries being installed. Wasted 2 hours with tech support and they said ship it back

Bad Keys

Several of the Numeric keys on my Logitech Harmony 650 stopped working after a year. New Batteries didn't help.

I love the remote.

Once I got on with Tech Help they figured they had a setting wrong in their database, the remote was very easy to program and to use. I would by another one if I wanted one upstairs.

Best bang for your buck

A great way to add extreme ease of use to your entire system. Even my mother-in-law can use our home theater flawlessly with this remote, which was not the case with the much more expensive ($480!) remote. Has all of the (hard buttons, yea!) DVR and menu options of the orig cable box remote and in addition it is alot thinner and lighter than any of those. You can also program in addtional functions if you want I was able to program this myself in less than a half hour including full (every button!) operation of some really old equipment. The macros are awesome and operate flawlessly. The only reservation I had with purchasing this remote over the Harmony One was that it does not have IR learning capabilities or touchscreen. My own experience has shown me that Logitech's setup data base is amazingly inclusive. I could not believe it but even my super old (01 ish) plasma TV was in there.

Not super flashy but functional

easy to set-up works with all of the components. refurbish is a great price. Warning for (used) purchases, (not refurbished) if remote is deemed defective by company they can software disable can't sync with software making an apparently functional remote useless. only trust new or refurbished.

Control all my devices no problem

This remote controls my xbox 360, reciever,dvr, & tv. It set up in about 15 min. It also adapts during everyday use. My tv has a delay in the energy star mode that it adapts to over time using the help button. You won't be disappointed.

Great convenience, easy to program

Bought two of these, one arrived DOA but the replacement was fine. No problem getting each programmed for a different room and equipment. So convenient to hit one button to activate any activity, switching inputs, and anything else needed to watch DVD, TV, or whatever. ThHe only issue is if you do not use it to shut down everything, sometimes things will not start up properly, of if one item is left on it may shut down when you want it on. I have just learned to use the remote exclusively and you will not have a problem. Plus you always have individual device control and the help screens to resolve most any issue. I love these remotes.
