Utilitarian and delivered promptly
Probably a waste of money inasmuch as I am unable to read my old disks even by using the backward compatability feature of Windows. It may be ineptitude on my part. It is a functioning piece of hardware that works as advertised.

Works great for me.
Works great with Win 7 64 bit Ultimate for me. This drive is a must for Motherboards that don't have a floppy drive ribbon connection. Have you ever needed to update or flash your Bios to an updated version? I have had to do it 3X in 20 years of Building PC's to allow new CPU's to be used on Motherboards with a non compliant Bios for that CPU.

Didn't work at all
That's about it. I plugged it in to my Windows laptop. Driver installed. A: drive appeared. Ran forever, but couldn't read disks. Tried on a second computer with the same results. Support said it was defective and should be replaced. Not worth investing in return postage and time. I just ordered a different drive.

A new toy for my toolbox
Did exactly what I bought it for. I have some legacy disks I needed to image. DOS6.22, Win4Workgroups3.11 and some proprietary apps. Was able to image the floppies and store them on a flash drive. No issues with Win7 x64 and rawwrite. All plug&play as expected. Had some minor read issues, but the old laymans fix of banging the floppy on its side before re-reading gave a clean image with no errors.

Works fine with Win7x64
Good product. It worked fine right out of the box. Plugged into USB, auto installed, popped in a disk and double clicked the Floppy icon on My Computer in Windows Explorer. However, I did find that some of my old floppy disks have kicked the bucket. No longer able to read some of the floppys that were stored in a box.

Works great out of the box for Win 7 32 and 64 bit
I had great results from this floppy. It's in a tough plastic case so it goes in my laptop backpack. It opened floppies and read them for both my Windows 7 Pro 32 bit laptop, and my 64 bit Home Premium desktop machines. Drivers were not an issue. Some of my older floppies would not work, but that was the fault of the floppies, not the drive.

Great but has a Glitch
I bought one of these and just could not get it to work with Windows 7. I went to Sabrent's website and through their tech support, they sent me a new drive (for free) that worked perfect. Some stores still have some that had the wrong firmware loaded into the drive.

Worked first time right out of the box!
I took the drive out of the box and plugged into my PC, Windows 7 immediately recognised it and I was back to work in no time at all.
