Good little DVD player

We've had this for a while now, and it's a solid little dvd player. We use it in an office where it plays every day, 12 hours a day. We'll but this one again if we need another.

Great Buy

Buttons are smallish, doesn't allow to skip previews, otherwise great machine so far.

Fine so far

Got this as a bare bones (cheap) DVD player and, after a month, it's working fine, does exactly what I wanted, remote is good, too. Probably not using most of its additional features (if it has them). Would buy it again for my purpose, though longevity is unknown.

How can you go wrong for the price. The only complaint I would have is the very small size of the remote control and buttons. They are both hard to read and hard to find.

Amazing machine

Even plays region code 4 (Australia), the main reason I bought it as the online owner's manual implies that it plays ALL region codes. I bought a WW-I set of DVD's that unknowingly came from Australia and they accidentally shipped region 4 coded discs instead of region code 1. Very satisfied. Machine responds well to remote controller, much faster than an older Toshiba unit I have.

Works as advertised

The primary reason for purchasing this unit was it capability of playing jpeg pictures since our older unit did not. After an easy connection to the TV and inserting the CD of jpeg images, the Toshiba player recognised the format and started playing the pictures as a slideshow. The other cool feature it has is to flip the pictures 90 or 180 degrees.
