Lots of Fun
This is the version 1.0 model, but my kids and I have had lots of fun flying this. My 7 year old boy learned to fly it right away. It takes crashes well, I did have to replace the gears on one prop and that was easy to do. This is so much better than the small indoor helicopters, I recommend it highly.

Not what you think
This Parrot drone is the old discontinued version (1.0) The current drone is a 2.0 with substantially better camera and flight control technology. It is even difficult to find the FreeFlight app for 1.0. While the seller can contend that one could tell from the model number, there is nowhere that equates the model number to 1.0 or 2.0. This has hppened before with Tiger where they have sold me something that was somehow misleading and was far less quality as a result.

Most amazing toy
the ar drone is a simple quadrocopter to fly, I has front and bottom cameras which can be used. it uses wifi as signal like its own little router amazing toy, with itouch 4 or newer or ipad you can download software to record and have head to head battles with other copters shooting fake missiles also software to use on android now I MUST HAVE FROM THE KID IN ALL OF US
