Power issue

Got unit hooked up and would not function with 3 units connected. Email to tspt brought power supply which solved problem. now works great. Thought I would not need to use ac outlet but not true for me. Still good buy for the price.

So far, so good

I bought this item to carry the signal from a Blue Ray player, my laptop and a Playstation to my ceiling mounted projector in my basement. The unit has worked as advertised so far. I do not notice any problems with the signal and the automatic signal switching works. As other reviewers have noted, you will have to mount this unit using something like a velcro because it tends to be lifted up by the HDMI cables that are plugged to it. In summary, I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a well priced, well performing solution for switching your HDMI inputs.

Excellent solution to increase HDMI Input to TV

We bought a product that emulates the functions of a smart TV to our HD TV. Because the TV had only one HDMI input, we also bought a HDMI switch. We needed the ability to have 2 access points for HDMI (one for our cable service and another for the device to be used to intersect with online services such as You Tube and Netflex). Set-up was easy and works seamlessly! This was an easy and economical solution!

Excellent for Apple TV

When I acquired Apple TV, this switcher was the perfect solution to take advantage of the HDMI output of my DVD player, HD cable receiver, and Apple TV! Now I have HD output from all three devices. The only problem (and this is really nitpicking) is the fact that the remote can't be programmed into my cable remote. But, as I said, that's a very miniscule problem.
