this works for me and was a great deal
this program does not take over your computer like some hi priced ones! my only problem I had is I put it on my three computers and had to change the mother board and after I was told I had too many computers and I would have to buy another program,I will but when I have the money that's how much I like T.D.

Not a happy camper
I purchased this Security suite based upon salesman on telephone while ordering a new Dell Laptop. The software caused internet pages not to show pictures or allow videos to play. My computer would not recognizes flash anymore or that was even installed on the computer. I had to call Dell and after two hours on phone trying to get computer fixed had to reset computer to Factory setup and it fixed the problems. Computer is now runningthe factory installed McAfee..

A total disaster
In my review I put Quality and Performance as 1. I must qualify Performance because it worked great until it shut itself off, as well as the firewall. The only way I could get it to work again was to do another clean install. This solved the problem until it shut itself off again. I deleted it perma-nently after the third shutdown.

Did not work at all and gets worse from here.
I loaded PC Tune Up to my laptop. It got stuck on some file and would not load. That screen would not go away until I had to turn off my computer. So, I called technical support. After 50 minutes of me asking him to slow down his speech, he advised me that my computer was really screwed up and I would need to buy a $199 program. I said no thanks! He then started trying to sell me a lower priced program. I hung up. I have been trying to call the number to get my refund and it never connects. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
