Works great
Arrived quickly and looked brand new. It didn't want to take a charge at first, but left it plugged in and held start button down for 10 seconds. It took a charge and has worked fine ever since. Upgraded to Android 4.0 easily. We bought the keyboard which is a great add-on. I actually prefer this to the iPad.

Great for the price.
I got this item on sale. Was not going to spend over 300 on a tablet. For the price, I'm very happy with my purchase. It's a little slow for my tastes, but I can be patient :)

Works Great.
I purchased this for my Son's B-day - No Problems. Up an running out of the box - After charging. Good battery life. As fast (or faster) as my iPad2.

Worked for two days and then died
Worked great when I obtained it. It has everything I can ever ask for in a tablet. However, two days of use and it stopped working. I continued to press the power button, but it would not turn on, even if I charged it. I looked for the source of the problem before making any assumptions. After shaking the tablet a little, I heard a clunky noise on the inside near the power button. Something definitely went loose and fell off. I have been very gentle with this tablet and did not expect something like this to happen. To anyone that buys this tablet, shake it a bit to make sure there aren't any loose parts.

stopped working after two weeks
I wanted something to use while I shopped around for a new computer. This worked well but not as well as a Nexus 7 for about two weeks. Then it simply stopped working. They offered a replacement; I declined. The device was a day or so beyond their return deadline. They extended the time frame, and I returned the device as well as the keyboard. Excellent and supportive service. Not a tech person so I didn't want to go through a round of possibly useless trouble shooting. Asus was very nice to deal with.

will review again once product works
Got the refurbished product in sealed box. I opened the box and it appears I was given a second hand power cord that looks like it had been chewed by a cat. There is a huge chip of plastic missing from the power cord, did not even look safe to plug in. Customer service at ASUS was terrible, ended up sending it back for a replacement as I was unable to test the tablet. Bummer.
