Mobile Monitor

This monitor is very nice for a hundred dollars it does everything expected. The color quality is good bowever brightness is less than my laptop screen on full bright and when there is many things happening kn the monitor the frame rate slows, whether that is my laptop or the monitor i dont know. Overall i like it and am glad i bought it as it will be really handy in college this fall. Quick and easy second monitor.

Great Product

I travel a lot for work and having an external monitor isn't just nice, it's required. This device is great for the price. --Pros: Great screen quality, light, looks great --Cons: No cable lock port, no protective cover (had to buy a sleeve so it stays protected)

This is a great 2nd monitor. I have been using it as my 2nd monitor at home for a month now and decided to buy a 3rd.

Can barely hear the hf whine mentioned. Must be old ears. Convenient USB power and signal feature. Vertical operating angle range may be a problem if you want to view screen at eye level as it can reduce pix quality. Not an issue if viewed somewhat downward angle. A useful product if you need 2nd monitor.

for $100 i expected more

Like all the other review this screen emits a loud and annoying high pitched sound. Also the viewing angle on this thing is terrible in portrait view, if you look at the top of the screen everything is all off color and if you move left or right then you get the same problem for the rest of the screen. This screen barely gets 20 fps off a laptop, and gets a standard 30fps off an desktop. I've tested some games on the screen, DON'T expect much because in graphically intense moments you will get drops to 10fps. If AOC wanted to produce a proper usb monitor they should get rid of that high pitched noise, use USB 3.0, and fix those viewing angles.

Lightweight portable monitor

Have to agree about the noise; the high pitched whine is annoying. Otherwise fine: a good no frills product which I got on sale at a great price.

Very helpful

Very handy to have a bigger screen to use with my small laptop. It's bright, and sharp. Best of all it's very light weight. Throw it in a suitcase, and you have a larger screen when you arrive. I used mine with a seperate keyboard also. Never heard a whine noise from it. Connector is awkward. What were they thinking? But it's great.
