Works Alright
I had a TP-Link 300N Modem Router which got burnt due to power shortage and I saw this router on refurbished sale for $25 and bought it. Recieved it after couple of days. I had some problems with its connectivity, it would reset itself if multiple systems are using wireless but after a while it started working fine. I think for $25 great 2in1 machine ever :)

Works well
Easy set up, works great. Two peeves, it doesn't have the range that I expected (but it is a brick house), and there are no mounting slots to mount it to the wall. But it still is excellent value for the money.

Works great - easy setup
I am an experienced IT tech so setup was a snap with out the CD as unit was recertified. Does what it is supposed to do and thus far over 1 month working as advertised.

Great, but not for the inexperienced
I was having problems with my modem (that was forced by my carrier to act as a router, even though it only had one out) and my actual router. Fighting amongst each other, my connection would drop regularly every 5 minutes or so. I needed to combine the two units into one. This unit absolutely did the trick. Having said that, being a refurb with no documentation nor CD install disc, you do need to understand networking protocols fairly well to get this thing to work. No 'easy' button. Having said that, both wired and wireless connections have been rock solid throughout the house. This unit is in an upper level corner of the house, and wireless is fine even in the opposite basement corner. Only slight issue I've found is that you can't name the unit in the settings, default name only. Other than that, very nice. Does get hot; I would recommend setting it up vertically with plenty of airflow.

worst modem
I ordered this unit to replace my existing. But it WONT WORK WITH ATT.SYSTEMS. So I sent it back. Bad financial experiance after postege too and from. Wont buy from here anymore.

Better DSL
I tried this because I read in the customer reviews that it fixed Windstream DSL as a replacement for their Speedstream devices - and it does! My reliability is much better here at the very end of the DSL line. I am still using my old wireless, so I can't comment on that. It does run hot as noted elsewhere. We'll just have to wait and see about MBTF. It is definitely a steal as a refurb.
