Horrilbe in Every Way

Touch screen is not responsive unless pressed very hard (especially near corners). Had to reset with paper clip for frequent freezeups. FM Radio can't pull in local channels well. Wouldn't power on unless hooked to a computer after less than 50 hours of use. Reset with paper clip didn't help. Should have put the $40 into a Sandisk or Galaxy Player instead.

First one did not work, Second one was better.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas to listen to downloaded music and to the radio. On the first one, the radio did not work and you had to push very hard on the touch screen to make it work. I did end up ordering an exact replacement. The second one had a much better touch screen and was able to get a few radio stations. My son does love it, because of all the features.

it would be great... if it would work

Bought this as a Christmas gift, it was opened on December 25, 2012 and the touch screen stopped responding on January 1, 2013. Since I bought it beginning of December, I cannot return it... Don't buy the touch screen one...

pure junk

bought two of these for stocking stuffers for the kids. both literally fell apart. the mini usbplug on the bottoms failed,now they can't be charged, or written to. very disappointed.

Kids love it

my kids love it was at first to move anything on the screen but once we figure out how to touch it and which direction to make it work it fine kids love the radio portion. now its time to download some videos to it and a few more songs and they will be content.

My son loves it

As far as I can tell, everything works as it claims. My oldest son has an I-pod and he wants to trade his $300 ipod for this mp4 player. He says its way cooler than his. It was purchased for my kids and this is their opinion so I'm thrilled with it, cause that's what really mattered. And just to be safe I got the warranty

good product great deal

Purchased this for my step son. I was worried at first because some of the other reviews had less than stellar opinions. He has enjoyed the product and has NO complaints. I am a great step dad again.

Avoid the Touch Screen version

The touch screen broke after the first 3 months. You get what you pay for. You have to push quite hard on the touch screen to operate it and because of this, the pressure caused the screen to crack and the touch function stopped working because of this. I attempted to load movies on it for my son and it wouldn't read some of the .avi files and I could only put on one movie at a time (it would only read the first movie on the list). The mp3 function works fine. The camera worked for the first few days then the pictures wouldn't save anymore even after emptying the folder. Over all, if you want to spend little money for a MP3 player like this, I would avoid the touch screen and get the non-touch screen version.

MP4 awesome

My grandaughter was very excited and has not put it down. It did take her mom and dad alittle to help her with all that it does but that is what parents do! Just Thrilled!

I'm not tech savy

Need my elecronics to be simple, simple, simple... this player didn't respond to my touch in a predictable manner... after 4 hours of fussing with it I gave it up and sent it back.
