Troubled operation, and it was a refurb, too.
A number of problems are apparent: cannot browse folders, screen freezes, earplug cable fits poorly and makes static unless put in just so, and............ It was a refurb. I think the seller should definitely disclose that fact. Mine came in good looking plastic rack packaging, but was packed in the shipping box very sloppy. It has someone else's music on it. In all, this should have been a LOT better all the way around.

Good Purchase
I recently purchased three of these players, one of each color for my children ages, 7, 12, and 16. We had some problems at first because we werent loading the music on right but we called eclipses technical support and they were amazing. Not only were they able to speak english and obviously not outsourced but they acctually cared. This meant a great deal to me as a consumer to have someone who wasnt rude,and who at least made me feel like he really cared about me as an individual customer. Thanks Eclipse

Piece of junk
Wont hold a charge. Was this a refurbished unit? Box held items that didn't belong tothe MP-3. Hate the thing. Gave it away to kin

Great small MP3 & video player
Great quality for the price. Video is 160x128, looks good and plays smoothly on the small 1.8 inch screen. Video conversion software is included on the player. Touch screen is responsive if you use you fingernail to make contact with the screen. Radio pulls in a lot of stations with static free reception (I live in a major metropolitan area with a large number of radio stations). I am very happy with my purchase. Small size with great features equals good value.

awesome for what it is
at twenty bucks this thing is a steal, have had it for about a week and use it everyday when im out running. the clip grips and stays on, even when i go cross country. volume is loud,and after replacing the ear buds, audio quality is superb.

Love it!

Just stopped working!
This item didn't want to turn on most of the time and once it was on, it would turn off after a couple of minutes all by itself for no reason. And yes, it was fully charged. Big disappointment. I threw out the packaging so I didn't even bother returning it.

bad manufacturer
this device should have 2 screens, only work 1 of them,seeing not available cause is in the screen that does not work ,total waste of time and great source of frustration I bought other MP3 from the same manufacturer and this didn't work at all, avoid products from MACH SPEED.
