No videos, poor battery life
i can't get this thing to play videos. I used the included software and others that I have and nothing can create a video this thing will play. I contacted their customer service and they never bothered getting back to me. Video playback is why I bought this thing to begin with. The battery life is pathetic. 4 hours of audio with the screen off from full charge. It's got 4th of space with fm radio. You can view pictures, I haven't tried that yet. It also has a built in mic for recording, which is pretty cool. It works. Although, no built in speakers. Headphones required. The headphones that come with it are junk. Micro SD expansion slot for more storage. It's pretty decent for what you pay.

where is the folders
no problems except it put all the music in one folder. How am I suppose to sort the music on the player? I haven't messed with the other stuff because I am only using it for music. Email submitted and no response after one week. Very dissappointed

Great buy
I got three of these for my kids ages 7-16 and they love them. We have gone through several different brands of mp3 players but for the money you cant beat this.

great audio quality
I was blows away at the audio quality i got from this little device. i haven't tried the movies or pictures yet, as the screen seem a bit too small to make this worthwhile.

Lack of Quality control
When trying to connect to pc via usb, the unit wasn't being seen by my pc. I tried to reset unit, try another usb port with no luck. I ready to return unit when I tried another cable andwas able use the unit. I emailed the manufacturer to to get a replacement cable.

Bad Product
Took Mp3 to gym. It kept on freezing up. Had to go purchase another Mp3 for Gym. Wouldn,t recommend.
