Great Board Great Price Great Product
Taking into consideration this specs of this board. Try to find another company to match this price and quality. Not gonna happen. Biostar has been around for a while. When it comes to making quality affordable boards BIOSTAR takes the cake, frost it with a warranty that rivals the competition and eats it.

DOE?
Well got everything assembled and 20 minutes into the first boot the computer crashed. Was unable to get any lights or anything after about a hour of troubleshooting. Replaced board with a 990FX, which booted but wouldn't post. Replaced numerous parts before the computer would finally post. Unsure if it was a bad mobo or PSU.

Replaced older motherboard
Swapped out the old motherboard, installed CPU, memories and the computer started up without any problem. I tried to contact board cutomer service for a question but no answer at all. I installed the automatic BIOS update and it updated my BIOS automatically. I tried to find the latest BIOS on the MB Web site but they didn't list this MB yet. My computer works fine since the installation (about 4 weeks).

Dim slots miss colored. W R W R should be W W R R
I put my computer together no problems. Fired it up and no video and locked up. Walked the memory and found that the red and white slots are not color coded correctly. It is coded like Intel but AMD uses a different approach to dims. Put your dims in the 1st slot closet to the CPU and work your way forward. the white red is one bank next white red is next bank Red is the master slot. Also, I HATE this bios. Your master HD has to be in 1st position on the MB sata ports or you will not get a good install. NO f11 or f12 to select boot device. PS, do not install all that remote stuff on your computer. This could be s big security issue.
