Very nice machine

Been using it for about 30 days. Ran out of the box without any problems. Nice and fast. Has plenty of USB ports. The dual monitor card works great. Added 8GB more memory, and not set for many years to come. About the only thing missing is a universal media card reader but that is easily fixed. Good value. This is my second Systemax computer.

Wow

I'm not a big gamer but I do a lot of photography and this beast handles CS5 great. Not a single problem since I bought it back in last Dec. Just added another 8 G of RAM to it. Ran a couple HI end games on it and didn't have to back off of MAX settings. Why build when you can get one of these. Don't think anymore go buy it.

Slow hard drive

I loved everything about the system except for the hard drive. My Windows Experience scores are all 7.4 to 7.9 except hard drive performance, which is 5.4. Did some hunting around on the internet and found that the Hitachi drive used is actually pretty slow.

Great Computer - Very Fast

This is the second Systemax computer I have purchased from here. The last one I used for almost 8 years. This one is so fast and I hooked it up to an HDMI display with led back lighting. Beautiful I must say. Very quiet also. Does not come with all the extra software that you have to remove that you do not want anyway. Front lights up with cool blue lighting. I am not a gamer any more but have a recording studio program that I have installed to record my guitar playing and other instruments. I just love it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice powerful system that can be upgraded up to 32 gigs of memory. Stay away from the other brands if you can.

Great system at a fair price

This system is a huge improvement over my previous system. I do not plan to use it with a lot of games (I'll leave that to my grandson), but will test the video and music capabilities on a regular basis. MS Home & Office makes this a breeze to work with. Already had a good monitor, speakers, scanner and laser printer, so now my home office is good to go for many years.

Excellent Value, plus assembed in USA

Computer arrived right on schedule and the set up and install went perfectly. One of the smoothest upgrades I've done. We added 8 GB Ram so with 16 GB system is very fast. My only comment is the drive is a bit noisy - a low hum, not annoying but this did surprise me.

I could not find a better deal on a comparable system. Delivery was fast, the system runs great and worked with no issues.

not what i expected.

I was looking for a solid computer to record and stream my gamepla on xbox 360 but the motherboard in this pc does not seem to be compatable with any capture card (PCI SLOT) i honestly have no other use for this computer really wish i could trade it for a Acer predator or a computer with better compatability.

Perfect Gaming Computer!

Well, they say nothing is perfect, but this one certainly does it for me. I was pulling my hair out trying to play SWTOR: The Old Republic on my old computer, even at the very lowest settings. With this one, all settings are maxed, even above their defaults on some. Beautiful, smooth performance with no lag whatsoever. I haven't tried any other games on it yet, but I feel very confident that when I do I won't be disappointed. The only problem I've had is some startup failures that the system couldn't repair or find a solution to. I suspect the problem is with the OS rather than the computer itself. I discovered that update notifications of any kind seemed to be what was triggering it, so I went to a tech forum and found out how to alter the boot startup policy to prevent this from happening. Success! No more problems:)

Great value

Very fast shipping, even to Hawaii... Had no issues booting up, and everything on the comp works properly. Works great as a gaming computer. You will need a wirless network card if you want to connect to wireless network but wireless is not a big deal for a desk top computer. I highly recommend this computer.
