WELL???
I bought this product for the removable phone pocket as advertised.When I received the package there was not a removable phone pocket to be found. I was assured before buying it that there would be one included. I am very dissatisfied that all of the features were not provided.

great product, sylish and strong
This bag is great, it fits my very large 17 inch laptop perfectly, and has numerous pockets and storage. The mesh side hidden pocket for a water bottle actually works quite well too. I would prefer a bit more space for files and paperwork, maybe a seperate section, and some better cable pockets as I end up having to put my power cord in the open mesh pocket which is quite flimsy, but overall I am very happy with this product.

Great product
I've only had this for s short while so I'm not sure of the long term quality but it seems durable. I was amazed at the capacity, without the bulging shown in the picture. I don't even have enough gadgets to fill all the pockets. I'm very happy with this case.

Good deal
When I started looking for a messenger bag for school, it was looking like I would have to spend 100+ dollars. At 45, this one is a bargain. One thing to note is that it does not come with a cellphone pouch on the side as shown in the picture. Or if it does, I have not yet discovered it. But there are still lots of pockets and pouches everywhere for all your stuff, very well designed and built.

Very good case - Fits 18.4
Good quality, convenient, well built and designed. Thight at the beginning for a 18.4 but will loosen a bit in a short time (normal) and offer a complete, protective and adequate case.
