You get what you pay for.
Actually, for the money (at the sale price) the product is worth its weight. On the other hand, it has issues that I simply cannot let go without noting. First, I'm not sure if it's a conflict in the appliances; but the media player and my DSL box seem to clash. My dsl does drop (at times) but it is always a constant battle in order to get my connection going with the media player. Secondly, you are supposed to be able to clear your movies from Netflix and Hulu queues, but guess what? Nope, doesn't clear either service. I always have to go back to Hulu and Netflix and manually delete the movies from my queue on my own. Last but not least, the remote could have been constructed a WHOLE LOT BETTER! The buttons are so close together I make wrong selections half of the time. When it does work, it runs pretty good.

not to hot
really slow reading data over the network, needs additional software to be able to stream data from the network, it is unable to browse a direct share from the network. has issues playing mkv files, will play some files but not others, not really worth buying it unless you will only be playing videos from a usb device, but if you plan to stream from the network do not get it.

Works Great!!!
Initially got this as an extra player for guest bedroom, but realized that this media player is faster at browsing than my actual Sony Blu Ray player.

does what it says
Software syncing from pc was a little tedious but once its done its ready. Bought a second one and activation froze. Had to call sony tech support. They were quick and fixed the problem promptly. Shocking! I was impressed to say the least. Its been flawless ever since. Owned a month now. Netflix is quick startup.
