Nice PSU but
No problems with shipping or the PSU install. Be advised of two things I found that might give you cause for concern. 1. This PSU has no on off switch. 2. This PSU is built for install location at the top of the case. It will install in the bottom of a tower case but it will be upside down. This PSU will power your mothetboard and two video cards without having to use any of the extra power cables included. With extra supplied PCIe power cables installed you can power up to four video cards.
